Some targets are blocked at network level. If you point a proxy at one you will get errors regardless of which plan you are on, so it is worth checking before you buy rather than after.
The current list is public: Blacklisted Domains | Proxyrack
The broad shape of it
- Banking, card issuers and card processing
- 3D Secure and card authentication endpoints
- Payment providers
- Crypto exchanges
- Airline booking
- Gambling sites in certain jurisdictions
If your use case sits in any of those, this is not the right provider and I would rather tell you here than take the order.
What it is built for
Web scraping, price monitoring, SEO tooling, ad verification, account management, and anything needing UDP.
On bandwidth
Unmetered plans are unmetered for normal use, with an acceptable use policy behind them. If you are planning something unusually heavy, ask support before you start and they will tell you where you stand. Better than finding out through a suspension.
If you are not sure
Post your target here and I will tell you straight whether there is a route or not. No guessing and no soft answers. A blocked target that gets sold to anyway ends in a refund and a complaint, which is worse for everyone than a no up front.
